Landon Beitz

Hi! My name is Landon. Im a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) located here in Ottawa. I work with adults, couples, and kids who are feeling challenged by relationships, anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, attachment concerns, and the impacts of trauma.

What drove me to this profession was my dad, he worked as a firefighter here in Ottawa and I would constantly see the effort he put into helping the people and the community of Ottawa. This led me to want to also help others in a impactful way and is what encouraged me down this path.

I’m bilingual, I offer sessions in both French and English so that we can communicate in a manner that is most comfortable for you.

I believe therapy should be personalized and centered around you, your experiences, and your goals. As a therapist, I take a collaborative approach to counselling, working alongside you to understand your concerns and create a treatment plan that supports meaningful change. Therapy is not just about insight—it’s about learning practical coping skills and taking tangible steps forward that can be applied in everyday life. Whether you’re seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or personal growth, my goal is to provide supportive, evidence-based counselling that feels manageable, effective, and tailored to your unique needs.
